Robert Diggs is the man behind Wu-Tang, he is also producing a hot track on Dr. Dre's upcoming album, Detox. He is a bad man when it comes to chess, and probably knows a lot about Lost too.
RZA has stated Ennio Morricone, Syl Johnson, Marley Marl, Augustus Pablo and Danny Elfman as musicians he is fond of and has taken influence from.

Wu-Tang? Me and my friends talk about this all the time... We think Wu-Tang had one of the biggest impacts as far as a movement. From slang to style of dress, skits, the samples. Similar to the style I use, RZA has been doing that.

The song says it all in the lyrics - money is not the true pleasure of life. The thing that makes this song stand out is the 7/8 count of the beat. Very inspiring to a producer.

This song is a macho song that builds up the male spirit and the beat is pounding. It give me the energy to tackle anything that comes.
"Just a Lil' Dude (Who Dat Over There)" - RZA feat. Free Murder and Q-Tip (mp3)
This song is a classic flashback to the original afro-centric M, Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest. He has one of the most distinctive voices in hip-hop, and still remains the abstract poet. The production includes a string progression straight from the classical world woven into hip-hop by the master of the two genres. This is one of the first Q-Tip releases in years, and paired with the upcoming MC Free Murder certifies the dopeness.
"This Is It" - Kenny Loggins (mp3)
This song was reintroduced to me by my fiancee and it was her mom's favorite song. It is a song that can bring upliftment and joy to anyone's day. It makes you realize that you must take a stand and rise now.
"No Charge" - Shirley Caeser (mp3)
This is a gospel song I heard when I was young and was unable to find until iTunes. It's a song that reflects the struggle a mother goes through to rear her children. Being a parent, I feel this song more as an adult, and through love there is no charge. A must listen for mothers and their children.
"Blame It On the Sun" - Stevie Wonder
This is a very depressing song that challenges the emotional strength of a man. If you fell in love then lost it, this song will crush you more. I use it to remind me of life's struggles and to test my stamina.
"Solid As A Rock" - Sizzla (mp3)
I strongly suggest to play this song after Stevie Wonder's song, "Blame It On the Sun." I play this song after an emotional shortfall. I use this song to uplift my spirits. I feel like this song speaks to my inner being, a force that can't be stopped no matter what they throw at me...I'm solid as a rock.
